About Sugar Bits
I got my start when hired at a California French style restaurant at 18 years old. There I learned many traditional French desserts and pastries, but all around cooking would remain my focus for the next 5 and a half years. I then became lucky enough to begin a career in event planning that would take me away from baking and pastries until one of my best friends introduced me to creating wedding cakes and custom desserts in 2007. Helping her with her cakes lit a fire that I had forgotten about from cooking.
I suppose I owe her a huge thank you!
I've been creating desserts ever since and am only further fueled to keep going and grow my business into what I love. Being a home based bakery is not only convenient, but also affords me the freedom to spend time with my family.
I truly look forward to the opportunity to create sweet treats for many years to come!
